He drives the city truck. lgllg Hospital Bazaar closes The largest crowd ever to attend a Charlottetown Hospital Bazaar since the inauguration seven years ago jammed the Charlottetown Sporting Club on Saturday night as seventeen hundred people paid m- mission to be there for the drawing of the grand prizes which totalled five hundred dollars. At eight o‘clock in the evening the Bazaar got under way for the final show opening with e snappy twenty-five minute program put on by Don Mcssers Islanders. As lu- ual the entertainment was well received and this seemed to be the starting off point for the record breaking night. Allythe booths were taxed to ca- pacity as the immense crowd fought their way in and around the booths to try their luck at the different games and lotteries. The crowning point of the whole Bazaar came when Acting Mayor McKee drew for the Five Hundred Dollars in prizes.
