     Mr. J. (I. Irving noticed a black 
     
     fox in a field near the barn. Al. 
     
     investigation revealed the fact that 
     
     the animal had escaped from the 
     
     Seal Itiver Fox Ranch through an 
     
     opening that had been made by 
     
     the water under the frost. about 
     
     ten foot. lit-low the surface. Soon 
     
     after dhcoverlng his loss. hlanllger 
     
     Jenkins called up some oi‘ his 
     
     friends to assist hint in capturing
