LIGHTS AT CAPE RAGE AND CAPE PINE. \VITII reference to the Notice to Mariners, No. 28, issued from this oilice on the 12th day of June, 1805, wherein it is stated—“ that the fixed light at Cape Race would be altered to a rwolring white light; and the revolving light at Cape Pine to a fia'crl white light"—Mariuers are hereby informed that these in- tended alterations, owing to unforsecn circumstances, have not yet taken placc; but due notice will be given of the actual changes, when it is known at what time they can be effected.
