Although in failing health for some time he was able to carry on his usual farm work, until July 19th, when he had the mLsfortune to fall from a load of hay to the barn floor. The doctor best of medical care he passed away. Always of a retiring. and quiet dispos tion. yet he had many friends. which was evidenced by the many inquiries and kindneeses received during his illness, and the large group of people assembled to pay their last respects.
