Son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Mac- Rae. the boy had been playing on Union Packers Wharf with sev- eral companions before they start- ed for home. Shortly after leaving MacRae discovered he had forgot- ten his shoes and returned for them. He has not been seen since. It wri; believed he fell from the wharf in some way while looking for his shoes. T. E. MacNutt referred to the pro- the mentally deficient cases mentioned in the medical report. The time was coming. he believed. when the government would have to provide for such cases of which there were a mun- ber in the City class rooms. The matter had been referred to in a report by the Grand Jury at the opening of term of the Supreme Court last year. There was at that time several mentally defic- ient children in the Infirmary. Rev. H. D. Raymond, rector of St. Paul's Church. concurred with Major MacNutt in the belief that some additional provision for the case of mentally (lcflcient children was necessary. Rev.
