THE Cunard Atlantic Steamers having commenced plying between Liverpool, England, iand Halifax, Nova .Sootia, a new era is formed in the History of the North American Colonies. Thisexpeditious mode ofoonveyance will, doubtless, bring to their shores a number of individuals in search Ollie-llllll-ful and fertile locations; and the Advertiser, therefore, sonoit-s such persons, having agricultural views, to visit Prince Edward Island, so justly styled by writers "‘ The Granary of British. North flmcrica." It is situated in the Gulpli of St. Law- rence, and is onlytwo tlay-s' trach by Coach and Steamboat from Idalifax, N. S. Sixth, a certain remuneration for the labours of the Agriculturist, hv a sure market, and a fair price, for all the surplus produce 01 liis‘ farm. Sew-nth, the labourer readily meets wrth employ. merit, and receives liberal wzigcs. Eiglrtli,to the British Erni- grant it offers the enjoyment of the benefits to be deriycd from the laws, language, customs and mariners of his native larida and he preserves in himself an identity ofinterost With that ol the parent state. Ninth, Prince Edward Island is now only England; and, if a Colony affording regular opportunities of fspeedy intercourse with the mother country, arid possessing- tlte advantages before enumerated, be desirable, the Advertiser, who has spent twenty years in the Island, thinks he may safely venture toinvite such individuals as have resolved, or shall de- tcrmine to emigrate, to pay it a visit; and should they be indu- ced to establish themselves and families here, in preference to a foreign stute, they will have the satisfaction to know that their posterity vtill he scions of the British Empire. 11:? HESE Medicines are indebted for their name to their manifest and sensible action in purifying the springs ille channels uflifc, and cntluittg them with renewed tone and Vigor. In many hundred certified cases which have been made public, and inalmost every species of disease to which the human frame isliiiblc, the happy elli‘ects nfMofl‘at"s Life Pills and Phenix Bitters have been gratefully and publicly acknowledged by all persons benefited, and who were previously unac- quainted with tlle'bcautifully philosophical principles upon which they are compounded, and upon'wliicli they consequently act. The Life Medicines recommend themselves in diseases ofeveiy flirm and description. The first operation is to loosen from the coats of the stomach and bowels the various impurities and crudilius constantly settling around them; and to remove the hardened fieces yvhich collectin the corivolutions of the small intestines. Other medicines only partially cleanse these, and “leave such collected masses behind as to produce habitual costive- ness, with all its train ofevils, or sudden diarrhea, witlrits immi- nentdangers. This fact is well known 1.0.11” regular anatomists, who examine‘tlre human bowels after death: and hence the prejudice of those well informed men against quack medicines-— or inedicineS‘prepared»aud heralded to the public by ignorant persons. The second effect ofthe Life Medicines is to-clcanse the‘kidneys and the bladder, and by this means, the liver and the lungs, the healthful action of which entirely'depends upon the regularity ofthe urinary organs, The blood, which takes its red Colour from the agency of the liver and the lungs, before it passes into the heart, being thus purified by 'tlrem, and nourish- ed by food coining friom a clean stomach, courses freely through the veins. renews every ’ part of the system, and triumphantly mounts the banner of health in the blooming cheek. Moll'at’s Vegetable Life Medicines have been, tliormiglrly testod,.and pronounced a sovereign remedy for Dyspepsia, Flatu- lency,Palpitarion of the Heart, Loss oprpotite, Heartburn and Headache. In Fever and Agile, particularly, the Life Medicines have been most cmlnently.suc- cessful—so much so, that in the Fever and Aguo Districts, Physici- ans almost universally prcscrihe them.
