There has long been a bit- ter battle waged between the exemplary students of Bus- iness Administration and the somewhat grubby inhabitants of the Engineering building. A week from this Friday, on Oct. lh during the afternoon, that battle will be continued on the football field. The Chairman of the Engineering department has accepted the challenge presented by Walter lsenor, loyal leader of the Business troops, and there remains only the task of completing the team ros- ters. People interested in playing touch football for the Business squad are asked to sign the list which will be posted on the bul- letin board in Kelly Blding. All able-bodied men ang_wo- men are asked to sign up. Those Engineering students willing to be defeated ‘ should see Don Gillis. It should,be noted that the winning team will receive two 2h's of their favourite brand which they can dispose of as they see fit, court- esy of the Business Society. The final details as to ex- act time and location of the confrontation will be posted. in Kelly Blding next week. We have finally managed to come up with what we con- sider to be a suitable crest for the Business Society | jackets. The emblem, which was designed by a senior bus- iness student. Willard Horne, will be white On a black kangaroo jacket. Our best estimate from our supplier is a price of approx. $l2.00 per jacket and we doubt ‘ nesis Society V'S.E that the price will be higher. A table will be set up in Kelly next week to take orders. A deposit of at least $6.00 is re- quired, and we hope to have delivery before Chris- tmas. A copy of the crest will also be on hand for your viewing pleasure.
