Two City Men Are Fined $20 > Two city men were fined $20 and costs or 10 days in jail when convicted on charges of being drunk and disorderly when they appeared before Magistrate K. M. Martin in Charlottetown Police Court Saturday morning. Another man facing the same charge was remanded for seven ' days.
