The breaks in Summerside were at the Ca ”' in Oil Company. Ltd. and at James MacLean'a Service Station and although the intruders gained nothing for their efforts at these places of business it appears definite that two men were in- volved and that they later stole a car parked at the Prince County Hospital and journeyed to Well- ington where. by breaking the glass in the front door and reach- ing in for the lock. they gained entrance and made off with about 0100.00 worth of tobacco and cig- arettes. It is understood that they were seen leaving the premises of the co-op store with five loot which they carried in potato bags. The abandoned car was found yesterday morning at the Link- letter Shore with a few packages of cigarettes in It. It is understood that the party who saw them leav- ing the Co-op store described them, He said one was a tall man and the other short.
