The lecture was very interesting and instructive, and the sub~. ject was handled in a masterly manner. The chair was occupied by Angus McKinnon, Esq, of Coleman. After the lecture some selections were given by the choir which were very agreeably supplemented by graphaph one selections conducted by Mr. W. F. Clark, Summerside. Without particularising, all the selections being certainly very fine, the singing by Master Leo Mc- Kinnon, son, of Mr. Felix McKinnon, deserves special mention, and Father McDougald may well be congratulated on having sucha soloist in his choir.
