Weekly Live Stock Market Review SUMMARY Another holiday season market brought out a light offering at live- stock, and prices were strong with cattle 25 cents to 50 cents higher and in some cases 75 cents up. Calves advanced as much as $1.00 at some centers while hogs were also stronger on eastern markets and sheep and lambs steady to llrm. Eastern Cattle Markets Receipts on eastern cattle markets were light and Toronto advanced 25 cents to 50 cents with weighty steers selling between $14 and s. high o! 017 and butcher steers up to $15.50.
