      about
      him,
     
     
      listen

      him
      speak,

      something
      he
      wrote,
      or
      hear
     
     
      about
      everything
      that
      he
      has
     
     
      achieved
      you
      really
      can
      not
     
     
      help
      but
      admire
      him
      and
     
     
      think
      of
      all
      he
      has
      done
      in
     
     
      his
      lifetime.
      Wade
     
     
      MacLauchlan
      has
      done
      so
     
     
      much
      for
      this
      province,
      this
     
     
      country,
      but
      most
      impor-
     
     
      tantly
      this

      Lawyer
      by
      training,
     
     
      Wade
      MacLauchlan
      has
     
     
      been
      president
      of
      UPEI
     
     
      since
      1999.
      He
      has
      degrees
     
     
      from
      UPEI,
      UNB,
      and
      Yale.
     
     
      Since
      Wade
      MacLauchlan
     
     
      became
      president,
      UPEI
     
     
      has
      had
      a
      40
      per
      cent
     
     
      increase
      with
      enrolment,

      is
      at
