Chief among its public squares is Queen
Square m the centre of the city, beauti
fully laid out with blooming plants of
every description, fountains, and well
arranged walks, and enhvened with a
band of music during the summer even

of Charlottetown is charming, and
horses for driving are abundant at very

itants It is situated on beautiful Be-
deque Bay It has the largest and finest

are-Clifton Russ, and Campbell
Georgetown and Souris have a popu
lation of about I 000 each In the
former are the Aitken, and Tapper
hote‘s and in Souris the Sea View
At Cape Traverse, a very pleasant
summer resort, is the Lansdowne hotel
In Alberton, the Albion Terrace and
Wisner. In Tignisli the Railway; in
Kensington, Clark's and Commercial ;in
Montague, McDonald, and in Mount
Stewart. Clark’s and Manson.

summer Season: At Hampton, Pleasant
View ;at Slanehope. Mutch’a; and Cliff.
At. Brackley Point. Shaw’s; at Rustico,
Seaside; at Malpeque, North Shore,
ai d Hodgson House at Tracadie Beach,
Acadia; at Alberton, Seaforth, Port
Hill. Port Hill House, and at Pownal,
Florida.
In addition to those already men-
tioned there are other towns and vil-
lages in the Province with hotel ac-
commodation, while many farm houses
prepare for the reception of tourists.
The rivers and streams teem with
trout, the bays with mackerel, while
game of almost every description
