Good luck and good huntlnz. _G|ey Wolf. @000!.A'l‘E UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE One cup sifted coke flour. l tea- spoon baking powder, M teaspoon salt. 2-3 cup sugar, 54 cup softened butter, 1 well-beaten en. 6 table- susnr. 3 cups sliced canned peocnsc. Blit flour once, measure; add-bub in; powder. salt and sugar, and slit together three times. Add butter. combine ass. milk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring until all ilour is dampened. Add chocolate and blend; then beat vigorously 1 minute. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 8xBx2-inch or deep 9-inch round pan; Add sugar, and cook and stir until thoroughly mixed. On this arrange peaches. Turn batter out on contents of pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) 50 minutes. or- until done. Loosen cake from sides of pan with spatula- Turn upside down on dish with peaches on top. Serve warm with plain or whipped cream. Canned , Lt.
