Stavert and W. J, Lidstone, and the object with which they waited on the Govern- ment was the procuring of a suitable building in Summerside for the pur- pose of holding seed fairs. At lire- sent there is no permanent building for these fairs, to be held in this town, and the Board of Trade there desire the Government to furnish such a building. Their application was favourably received, and is being considered by the Government, with, it is understood, considerable desire to comply with their wishes.
