END OF GREGO-TURKISH WAR — Terms of Peace Give Turkey a: Little Slice of Territory, Greeks Don’t Lika the Treaty. ee we Loxpox, Sept. 20 —An official end was putto the G@reco-Turkish war by the Sultan signing the terms of peace on Sat- urday. The Sultan’s final promptitude in sign- ing ig ascribed to the impossibility of further maintaining the army in Thessaly, owing to the increase of sickness among the troops. It is understood that the strategic frontier established by the treaty gives Turkey the village of Konzofiani, from which the raid into Macedonia was made, which raid was the immediate cause of the war. The treaty aleo gives Turkey Zurkos, Gunitza, Meluna and Rapsani. The Greek press prorounce the’ condi- tious excéedingiy oterous. SUOeneo nN nTEepNOeTTe NINN EA y ? “It pays to buy at Carter's.
