orphan and was brought from England,
is known as one of the Middlmore
orphans, and was adopted by the appel-
lant. some three years ago. On the
first ofJuly last she was heard scriam-
ing by some neighbors who went over
to appl-ilait’s house and found -ther
child. These neighbors complainedtc.
