The Commissioner of Pub- lic Works must really give some attention to the exterior (if not to the interior) of the Model School building. The pupils in attendance at the Model School number seventy-three. They are in two classes. The Advanced Department is under the supervision of Mr. McSwain, and the Primary Department under that of Miss Scott.
