Lieut. MacLean graduated as s. nurse from the Toronto Western Hospital in 1926 and was doing private nursing in Toronto whcn she enlisted in September. I939. She went overseas in Muv. 1940. with the 15th General Hospital and has served in Belgium. North Africa, Italy. and in France a Belgium since last July. glum. Lieut. MscLcan was attach- ed to the 19th Canadian General Hospital. She was awarded the Royal Red Cros. second class, for dist g- uished service. Last December. Lieut.
