Hessian, QC, had a charge of breaking and entering Allen's Canteen in Georgetown to which he had previously pleaded not guilty, adjourned to Aug. 29. Martell was also charged and pleaded guilty to doing damage to a lantern, the property of the department of transport to a va- lue of less than $50. The lan- tern had the glass broken by a bullet and was used as a range light at the Cardigan river ferry the Hlghland (T011913 Of P1131118 wharf.
