     Conviction. 
     
     1' ICHAEL CODY, of Lot 48. was, on Monday,'the 
     
     28th instant, convicted and fined before J. R, 
     
     Bourke, Esq., one of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace 
     
     for Queen’s County, in the sum of five pounds, With 
     
     costs, for retailing spirituous liquors without license.
