     THE CITY OF CHARLOTTETOWN HEREBY ANNOUNCES THAT A CITY WIDE GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE WILC 
     
     COMMENCE ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY lOth AND THAT THE ”BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE COLLECTION OF GAR- 
     
     BAGE AND REFUSE” WILL BE IN FORCE ON AND AFTER THAT SAME DATE. ’ 
     
    
   
   
    
     Routes and Collection Days will be as shown on the accompanying plan. 
     
     CITIZENS ARE ASKED TO READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The following words in the By-Law for Collection of Garbage and Refuse carry the meaning here assigned to them: 
     
    
   
   
    
     (a) "Garbage" shall include all animal and vegetable waste material front the (IV) Sawdust. shavings or excelsior;
