Also all that piece or parcel of Land, commencing at a stake set for the north-west angle of one hundred acres of land in possession of John Campbell, from thence by a line running cast for the distance of ten chains, twenty-eight links, thence south, ninety-seven chains and thirty links, or to the southeast angle of said one hundred acres, thence west ten chains and twenty-eight links, thence north to the stake at place of' commencement, containing One Hundred Acres of hand, a little more or less, and is part of Lot or Township No. 8. in t‘ounty and Island aforesaid. Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and de- scribed as f'ollows, that is to say :,—-—commencing at a stake set in the north side of' the road leading from the Brae Settlement to Pierre Jacques, from thence running along the north side of said read such a distance as will make ten 4 chains west, and from these two last described points run- ning two parallel lines north for the distance ofone hundred chains, containing an area of One Hundred Acres of Land, a little more or less, now in the possession ofJohn McKinnon, ' and is part of Lot or Township No. 9, in County and Island aforesaid. Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and des- cribed as follows, that is to say :—-—bounded and fronting on upper Ellis River on the south ; on the west by land in pos- session or Alexander Allen and Hugh Gillis ; on the east by land in the possession of Michael Malone, and on the north by the division line of Lots numbers Fourteen and Sixteen, and containing an area of One Hundred Acres of Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of Larrisay, and is part of Lot or Township Number Sixteen, in County and Island aforesaid, or as much thereof as will satisfy the respective levies marked on the said writ as aforesaid, 130-7 sides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses. Y virtue of a writ of statute Execution to me directed, issued out of' Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit . of Daniel Brenan against Bartholemew Pollard, I havs taken and seized as the property of the said Bartholomew Pollard, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Town Lots Nos. 88, 89, 90, in the First llundred of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen (13,) bounded by a. line commencing at a stake fixed on Dorchester Street, at the south-west corner of Town Lot No. 91, thence westwardly along Dorchester Street 40 feet, and extending back by parallel lines, 80 feet. Also. all that other tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Char- lottetown, bounded as follows, that is to say—commencing at the south-east angle of Town Lot No. 23, on the north side of Water Street, thence by a line running at a right angle with the said street northwardly, for the distance of 80 feet, thence by a line parallel to the said street, northeastwardly, for the distance of 42 feet, thence by a right angle line southeastwardly, for the distance of Be feet to the said Street, thence following the course of the said street southwestwnrdly, 42 feet, to the place of commencement, being one-fourth part of Town Lot No. ‘24, in the First Hundred of Town Lots in the said Town, in Queen’s County, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereto belonging; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 12th day of January, 1867, at 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said Cuunty, Set up and sell, at public auction. the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £75 12s 4d., with 16s 8d for this writ, and interest on £71 155 8d, from 27th March, 1866, until paid. besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses J EREMIAII SIMPSON, Sheriff.
