At thisseasou of the year, when things are quiet it is difficult to get matter to make a full report for this session. We can and do rejoice that for the urst time in the history ot' our order , the National Division meets in our City 1 pllment to our Grand Div.sion ani Pro- vince and only hope that the officers and have a profitable and' enjoyable timodur- _ing their visit to our Island home. We have no doubt that the committee ap- ' pointed some time ago by the Grand Divi- A sion will do all in theirpower to give them' a warm an i hearty welcome. ' We are highly -favored today with' a _visit from our M. W. Patriarch and H. hope that their visit will be pleasant to them and prodtable to us.
