This course in Scouting is called the "Bronze Arrowhead Course" and was conducted by Commis- sioner Gordon Kerr of Charlotte- town, and Scouters Eric Tanlon and Lloyd Cannon of Summer- side. There was in attendance at the course six boys from Borden. sev- en from Summerside and two from St. Elesnor'.I. Three other boys who had already passed the course sat in for review. The course opened with the for- mation oi Patrols and irgame to introduce the boys. The instruction was then begun by a talk on.Pnti-oi instruction by Scoutcr Eric Tanton. A game was then conducted by Scoutcr Lloyd Cannon followed by a talk on Patrol spirit by Commissioncr Kerr. A short period of P.
