No persons were in jured. as Tue Sunootrne Season.—The season has arrived when the small boy borrows a gun or revolver and hies himself off to the wood in search of game. That he sometimes hits gomething is evidenced by the case of a young Halifax lad named Malone, who went out shooting on Saturday last, and returned to the city later on with the side of his face torn off. The story he tells is that he was carry- ing the gun by the barrel, the butt trailing, when the trigger caught and the charge ex- pladed with the result above mentioned. Stewart's store. At the back door a box of coal was setting about a footor so from the building.
