NIWSOW‘ "In the midst of life we are in death." , It. was hard to realize how true those words were on the evening of the 25th of August, when the residents of' Augustine Cove. Cornwall and surrounding dis- tricts, learned that the Angel of Death, had claimed one for Hie Maker. at the young age‘ of twenty-four. Death at any time is hard, but when it claims one so young, when life ll so full; the hearts of dear ones, relatives, friends and even strangers, are torn by an arrow of sorrow. and to many comes the feeling of doubt; why should this happen so suddenly? Has God forsaken us? But no. lie has only opened Ills heavenly gates to one of His children and if we all wait just a little longer, trusting in ills love and care, we will all pass through those gates to be re-united with those who have gone before. The deceased is survived by her sorrowing husband and. darling iifiby Arlene (eight months old), father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Giflord Bain.
