Local fans will recall that this league was won by the Pembroke Lumber Kings last year and vthat they eliminated the- local Generals in straight games in the playoffs. ' We will also have John Dalaire, a big strong chap from Moncton. Rick Chamberlain who toiled for Sherwood last year will also be in co ntention for a place On the team. It is a strong team, if, and doing this from memory, We probably have missed some of the 35 players who have started a dry land training on the l2th- we , regret any omission. We hear all teams are improved. We Will learn just how much when the usual Panther Tournament is held here on the weekend of the 29th of october with Acadia, Dal and Mount A visiting the’lbcal rink.
