At Lavonside the storm inflicted much damage; three houses were struck by lightning and demolished, and three persons being killed. The Governor of Orenburg telegraphs on the 16th inst. that the fire at Nisnuiralsk had broken out afresh, presumably on the 15th, during a violent tempest, and that several Government buildings were de- stroyed. On the 16th there was another conflagration at Orenburg, which destreyed a considerable portion of the suburbs spared by the previous fire. GERMANY. Beruin, May 18.
