Mail entries promptly, using lorm provided in this advertisement. 2. Judging: (a) Initial judging will begin May I0th. (b) Final judging will begin Sept. I, I947. (c) Contestants must abide by the decision of the judges which shall be final. 3. Entrance Fee shall be $l.00 and must accompany all applications. 4. All work done or partially done during the Spring of i948 prior to initial judging will be noted by the judges and full credit given thereto. l 5. Planting of Native Trees will receive the same consid- eration as imported ornamentals. 6. A special reduction of 20% on ‘Nursery Stoclr is avail- able to contestants by arrangement with the‘ McConelI- Nursery Co., Port Burwell, Ont., but such ‘stock must be ordered through the Secretary cl this Society. 7. All Trophies are for Annual Competition only, but mini- oturevcups will be in each case retained by the winners. 8. Both Home and School Competitions are open only to those situated outside the limits of any City or Incorpo- rated Town in Prince Edward Island. 9. For the purpose of this Competition only Improvement to existing structures Homes or Schools shall be scored. l0.
