     EPARATE Sealed Tenders will be received at this 
     
     Otlice, until Saturday, the 2nd day of April next, at 
     
     12 o’clock, noon, offering to supply the Government 
     
     with Kerosene Oil, the same to be of the best quality, 
     
     and subject to the test and inspection of any person ap- 
     
     pointed by the Government for the purpose, and to be 
     
     contained in suitable casks, to be delivered at the cost 
     
     of the contractor, at the undermentioned Lighthouses 
     
     during the present year, in such quantities as may§ be 
     
     required. viz :— 
     
     At East Point Lighthouse

     cd per gallon. to be delivered as above, and give the 
     
     names of two responsible persons, as security, for the 
     
     performance of the terms of the tendpr. Each tender

     HEREAS, we, the undersigned, having been ap- 
     
     V pomted Commissioners, in terms of the Act of 
     
     14th Vic, cap. 1, to alter the present line of I’eters’ 
     
     Road, Lot 63, in order to avoid adeep hollow or ravine 
     
     on said road. and to estimate the damage or advantage 
     
     that may accrue to the parties through whose land the 
     
     said line of road is intended to pass. 
     
    

    
     Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties 
     
     concerned, that we will commence to execute the said 
     
     Commission, by commencing at the said hollow or ra- 
     
     vine, on Saturday, the 26th day of March next, at the 
     
     hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and 
     
     proceed along the said line of new road, and execute the 
     
     Commission according to law.

     years old: color—Spotted red and white—pricipally 
     
     white. She has no home. The owner can have the 
     
     above animal by proving property and payingcxpenses, 
     
     as otherwise she will be sold by Public Auction before 
     
     my born on the 18th day of March, next, at 12 o’clock, 
     
     noon, in compliance with the provisions of the Law
