HEREAS, we, the undersigned, having been ap- V pomted Commissioners, in terms of the Act of 14th Vic, cap. 1, to alter the present line of I’eters’ Road, Lot 63, in order to avoid adeep hollow or ravine on said road. and to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to the parties through whose land the said line of road is intended to pass. Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence to execute the said Commission, by commencing at the said hollow or ra- vine, on Saturday, the 26th day of March next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and proceed along the said line of new road, and execute the Commission according to law.
