A com- bined total of seventy stu- dents from the two buldings took part in the September 13th fund-raiser for cancer research. Marian Hall, which has become known for its in- ventive approaches to the annual event, surprised ev- eryone by towing a bathtub over the six km. course. The two residences have donated $650 to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Scott Holt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Holt of summerside. Scott was a 1986 freshman res- ident of Marian Hall who succumbed to. leukemia in August, less than one year after learning he had the disease.
