Dyspepsia is the most common disease among all classes in this country. It assumes a thousand shapes, and is the primary source of innumerable dangerous maladies ; but whatever ite type or symptoms, however obstinate its resistance to ordinary prescriptions, it yields readily and rapidly to this searching and unerring remedy. BILIOUS AFFECTIONS The quantity and quality of the bile are of vital importance to healin. Upon the liver, the gland which secrets tins finid, the Pills operate specifically, infallibly rectifying its irregula- rities, and effectually curing Jaundice, Billous Remittants, and all the varieties of disease generated by an unnatural con- dition of the organ. The local debility and irregularities which are the especial annoyance of the weaker sex, and which, when neglected, always shorten life, are relieved for the time being and pre- vented for the time to come, by a course of this mild but thorough alterative.
