'Ihis years loss should be less due to the new contracts we have with the 611 com- panies- The Radio Station is budgeted to loose $4000 and the Sun is budgeted to loose $7000 this year.. ' Neville feels that tte losses will prob- ably be lcwer both of these clubs. The Cadre (newspaper) lost $4800 last year. It was felt that even if the Sun \ looses this amount or more, it would be worth it due to the improved quality of the paper. Mr. Neville felt that we are in fairly good fin- ancial straits at pre— sent, we have paid off $20,000 of the $43,000 that we owed the Univer— sity. The Pig n' Whistles should continue to make a profit as well as the winter Carnival. Winter Carnival made a profit of $2,000 last year. last years Carnival Com- ' mittee has returned again this year and it is felt a profit will be made this year as well.
