As soon as the required number of heroes are obtained this training will be
started in Charlottetown and will be continued there for some months, then it will
be finished in Halifax or Valcartier and Petewawa, then the hnishing touches will
be done in England. This course of training will make every oilicer every non-
commissioned officer and every gunner proficient and expert in his work.
