A large crowd were kept at a high pitch of excitement through- out both contests and the eve- ning's activities were capped off with an enjoyable skate, enjoyed by young and old. In the first contest; of the eve- ning the girls’ teams met in what was the fourth game of the sea- son between these teams, two of those were played in each rink. Georgetown girls had won the first three games and all by shut-outs. Saturday night the Montague girls did better than in the other three contests but were again beaten by a 4-2 score. In games so far this season our school girls‘ team havc been undefeated in contests against Montague and Charlottetown. The first period was 4.10 old when Shelia DeLory picked up the rubber at her own blue line and carried through the entire team and when Hennigar went down to block, she lifted a slzzler over hcr Into the twines.
