-Mr. Pepe B. Newman is
again talking of returning to his rela-
tives in England.-Mr. Chas. Colwill

recently opened. -Elmwood school is

In referring to the lock of vessels on
the St. Lawrence River, about which
reference was made in TBI: GUARDIAN
some days ago an exchange says;--
