Murphy, (Isa- bell Gordon), of Boston, Muss, who spend their summers at their home at Montague, will regret to iealnof brother, Arthur W. Murphy, at his home in Rosllndale, Mass. Mr. Murphy, who was 50 years of age on Jan. 24, was in goodhealth on retiring, and was found to have‘ passed away when his wife called him in the morning. He has held a responsible position at City Hall, numbered among his many friends many past as well as the present Mayor of Boston. He had a large circle of true and fast friends, and his cheery and kind ways made him very popular. Mr. Edward Murphy, who has been iii since his return from P, E. I., last September, was shocked and much grieved at the loss of his brother. He leaves to mourn his wife, Mrs. Elsie Murphy his brother, Mr. Edward R. Murphy, of Boston; Mr. Frank J.
