A year nr more ago, twenty dollars worth of stamps were stolen from the,I. O; Il. advertising department and no clue was ever obtained to the party who committed the theft or, if there was, nothing was ever done. Of late the stamps have been missed at different. times from dIiTerent departments. It is alleged that some one has been stealing at the rate of ten dollars per week from one department. One department was found broken open recently and stamps missing. in another ofllce twenty dollars worth were taken at once.
