     as the property of the said Donald McInnis, all the 
     
     Right, Title and Freehold Interest in and to One bun- 
     
     dred (100) acres of Land, alittle more or 1988, together 
     
     with the Buildings and improvements thereon, situate 
     
     on the south side of Bay Fortune River, on Lot or 
     
     TOWnship Number Forty-three, (43), in King‘s County, 
     
     bounded on the North and East by said river, on the 
     
     South by land in possession ofJames Simonson, and on 
     
     the West by the Eastern boundary of Lot fifty—six, and 
     
     I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the twenty— 
     
     seeond (22) day of" January, A. D. 1870, at the hour of 
     
     Twelve o‘clock. noon, at the Court House. in George- 
     
     town, in the said county, set up and sell the above re- 
     
     cited property, or as much therereof as wrll satisfy 
     
     the Levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of 
     
     Forty-nine Pounds, six shillings and one penny, £49 Gs. 
     
     1d., with interest at six per cent per annum on £43 
     
     3s. 6d., from the 19th day of Novemberlast. 1867, until

     ship division line until it meets the northern boundary 
     
     of land leased to Lionel German, thence \Vest along the 
     
     said Lionel German’s north boundary for the distance of 
     
     sixty-six chains and twenty-five links, or to the eastern 
     
     boundary ofland in possession'of William \V. Duck on 
     
     the eastern side of said River, thence runninganorth- 
     
     wurdly until it strikes the Winter River aforesaid, and 
     
     thence along,r the various courses of said River to the 
     
     place of commencement, and I do hereby give Public
