Telegraph Company, notifying him .that
the said companypossesses an exclusive
monopoly of the telegraph business within
Newfoundland and its dependencies; and
demanding that he cease his experiments
and remove his apparatus forthwith, else
the company would apply to the Supreme
Court for an injunction restraining him

Anglo-American _Telegraph Company

service between this -Island and the

event of any attempt being made to
