there are in the city 138,050 idla
working people. There are normally
50,000 men out of work at this sea-

employment ceases in the winter
time, so that the number of men

Building Trades with 37 affiliated
unions, shows 18,000 out of work
against nn absolute scarcity of men

the sore tooth and it comes out
when he promptly pays him the
