Campbell. execu- tive secretary of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Em- pire has announced that applica- :ions are now being accepted for an I.O.D.E. bursary available to the son or daughter of a Prince Edward Island veteran of the Sec- ond World War. This bursary was created by the I.0.D.E. as a mem- orial to the Second World War. Similar bursaries are available in each of the other Canadian Pro- iinces and the Yukon. A Prince Edward Island student applying for this bursary will be required to have passed Atlantic Board examinations or to have a second year Prince of Wales Col- lege certificate.
