He was cut and bruised and otherwise shaken up but was not seriously hurt and after receiving medical attention was able to return to his home. His many friends wish him a speedy recovery. During the second war he served as a naval chaplain and has held pastorates on the Montrose, P. E. I. and ihc Cavendish P. E. I. pastoral charges. He succeeds the Rev. 5. J. Boyce 3. .5, who has given splendid ser- vice as the minister at Georgetown .0wen since 10411. and during his ten year pastorate the I charge of Georgetown has made marked pro- gress both materially and spirit- ually. Rev. Mr. Boyce was ordained in 1915 and it is believed he will be retiring from the active Min- istry this year.
