The meeting of deleaates and others in the Liberal Conimlttee Rooms last. night to nominate-candidate for the election to the local House was largely attended. After the reading out by the Secretary of thc names of the delegates chosen the previous evening the nomination was proceeded with. Hon. George E Hughes was moved by l-‘_ li. Beer and seconded by ll.
