Mr. Holton. at Montreal to-day. The -pall-bearers will be Mackenzie, Biake, Huntington, Chief Jus- tice Dorion, Judge Cross, Joseph Mackay Henry Stairns and Thomas Workman. The precession will form at two o'clock at the residence of the deceased on Sherbrooke street, and proceed to the Church of the Messiah, of which he was a member. The funeral services will be conducted by Dr. Cordner, after which the interment will take place in Mount Yohal Cemetry.
