PUBLICATION OF ALLEGED CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE EMPERORS. Dp PretH, Sept. 22.--A Hungarian paper publishes two telegrams regarding ike Denizie meeting. The first is from the C to the Emperor Francis Joseph, thanking him for hie congratulations on mesting with the Emperor William, and alluding warraly to the common sympathies between them. The second is from the Austrian Ambassador at St. Peterburg to the Emperor Francis Joseph, communi- cated through Baron Haymerie, the Aus- trian Premier, stating that Giers, the Rus- sian Foreign Secretary of State, and the Czar returned from Dantzic with an_ in- creased sense of tranquility and content- went. Bismarck’s wisdom and unexpecied moderation of language favourably im- pressed the Czar and Giers, and satisfied | them that he has none other than peaceful intentions. Giers particularly pointed out there was no question of ivreign calculated to inapire§ aenxi- sty. Bismarck recommended great cauiion and moderation in __ initiat- ing international measures against the Nihilists. Giers says the most imporiant feature of the journey to Dantzic is that the oe dics politics Czar thereby manifested to all Russia ths in‘ention of following a conservative, peace- ful policy.
