To the teacher, Miss Emma MucDougnll and her pupils. we feel very grateful for such a splendid entertainment. While each number on the program was well given, special mention might be made of “A Santa Drill" carried out by eight girls, ench carrying a. star and wearing a tis- sue paper dress. This certainly took n great amount. of training and work on the part of the teacher, but to hear the compliments, she will surely feel repaid. The singing of the National Anthem brought this pleasant evening to a close. The Mt. Herbert Ladies’ Aid held their regular monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. Frank Lund on Wednesday evening.
