The Co-op announced at its an- nual meeting that construction will begin immediately. The plant will include a poultry slaughter- house, egg-:l‘ading station. pro- cessing facilities for fruits and vege'ables. cold storage rooms and administrative offices. The Co-operative has received a 550.000 Federal subsidy and provincial assistance is reported pending.
