The meeting was called to order by the speaker. Order and ‘agoroval of minutes. ‘ thioi: Hynes/Craswell that rollcall be struck from previous two student council meetings because of lack of notificatim to men- carried unanimously. Darren Craswell pointed out that his motion on the 1 setting up of a review board for Student [him positions was deleted from the minutes. The notim will be added be- fore the minutes are printed; council agreed. In further discussim of minutes, there was a conflict of opinicn involving students. The notion made by Brennan/ Craswell partaining to the in-camera session of the coun- cil for hiring board and sel- ection board at the Oct. 3 meeting of the Council. U . that if a two-thirds majority of the council voted against the in—camera sessio1, as per Article XXll, Sectim 10 of the constitution, the meeting could be opened. In order to appease those who might feel this unconstitutional, as per Article XV, and Article XVII, SectimB, a moticn was tabled.
